This year finally presented the opportunity to import my dream car. This was my first time importing a car, so I wanted complete peace of mind. No sooner said than done. Through word of mouth, I found Pieter, and what a true enthusiast he is. After a pleasant and helpful conversation, discussing my needs, Pieter started his search. It took a while before we found a match, but that's what I appreciated about working with him. He never felt pushy or pressured me to do it. No, if I didn't like it, we simply continued the search. After finding the gem, we cruised to Germany together and picked it up. Everything was thoroughly checked, and I never had a bad feeling. During the purchase process of a used BMW X1, I had a pleasant experience with Pieter. Pieter is honest and reliable. After the purchase, I heard a knocking noise near the wheelbase while back home in Twente. I reported it to Pieter and had the car checked again at my local garage. It turned out to be a sticking handbrake. A minor issue, but more importantly, Pieter kept a close eye on things. I never felt like it was a case of "warranty just around the corner." We've since had a trouble-free trip to Austria and Italy with the X1 and caravan. We're very happy with the car and our decision to buy it from Tanghe.
